A Chambers-ranked lawyer and globally recognized leader in carbon markets, Rick brings over two decades of experience advising governments, development institutions, NGOs, and companies on legal and transactional strategies for ambitious climate action. He was previously a Managing Director at Pollination and led the North American Climate Practice at Baker McKenzie. A former Chair of IETA and current board member of The Climate Registry, Rick received France’s National Order of Merit (ONM) for his work related to the Paris Agreement.
