Vaughan is a senior program manager of sustainability at Weyerhaeuser, where he is responsible for the integration of sustainability standards into the company's strategy including disclosure, data systems, and performance measurement. Vaughan is the lead author of Weyerhaeuser’s Carbon Record, which details the comprehensive carbon impact of the company, including its emissions, removals, storage and net-zero transition plan. He is also the lead for Weyerhaeuser’s 3 by 30 Climate Solutions ambition, which focuses on enabling their working forests to contribute to climate change solutions.
