Tørris Jæger is the Executive Director of Rainforest Foundation Norway, one of the world’s leading organizations dedicated to the protection of rainforests and the rights of Indigenous Peoples. With more than 20 years of experience in international development, human rights, and environmental protection, he has led efforts to build strong partnerships with Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities across the Amazon, Central Africa, and Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, RFN works to address the drivers of deforestation, strengthen land rights and promote sustainable forest management.
