Liz Chatwin is responsible for overseeing AstraZeneca's bold approach to climate action and investments in nature and biodiversity, including the flagship Ambition Zero Carbon programme. She is also accountable for the Global SHE team, which focuses on maintaining a safe work environment, healthy employees and protecting the environment.

With nearly 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Liz’s experience spans geographies, functions and therapeutic areas. Since joining AstraZeneca in 2006, she has held numerous leadership roles, including Country President for Australia and New Zealand, as well as for Korea. Most recently, she acted as the Global Franchise Head for Enhertu and Breast Cancer in AstraZeneca’s oncology business unit.
