Vivian Peachey is Director of the Climate and Landscape Solutions Program at FSC Canada, where she leads efforts to strengthen the role of managed forests and FSC tools in addressing climate change and biodiversity loss. Her work centers on collaboration with Indigenous communities and local economies to ensure forest stewardship is ecologically sound and socially just. Vivian holds a Master of Forest Conservation and a Diploma in Climate Risk Management. She previously led the development of FSC Canada’s forest management standards and brings deep expertise in intact forest landscapes, species at risk, and Indigenous-led forest governance.
