Heather Zichal is Managing Director, Global Head of Sustainability at JPMorganChase. She is responsible for leading the Firm’s enterprise-wide sustainability strategy, partnering with key leaders across its lines of business, external stakeholders, and policymakers and regulators on energy security and climate issues around the world.

She plays an integral role in the development and implementation of the Firm’s sustainability strategy across its financing activities and operations. Heather is also working to build the Firm’s knowledge and leadership on climate change.

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Heather has dedicated her career to batting global climate change across the public and private sectors.
