Erin leads the global sustainability strategies for three ingredients in PepsiCo’s forest-risk portfolio: palm oil, soy and fiber packaging. Across these three ingredients, Erin partners with the business to deliver PepsiCo’s pep+ Positive Agriculture goals often via on-the-ground impact programs and industry partnerships. Erin also leads PepsiCo’s deforestation and conversion-free goal. Prior to PepsiCo, she served as Director of Programs for Grow Asia in Singapore, a World Economic Forum-catalyzed partnership platform focused on food systems transformation in Southeast Asia. Erin is trained in food systems planning research and has led projects on food system innovations and policy in India, Jamaica, and the US.
