Vivian Silole Malih (27) is an Ilaikipiak Maasai from Laikipia North, Kenya. She is the Program Manager with IMPACT Kenya and Co-Chair of the Inclusive Conservation Initiative (ICI) Governance Committee. Vivian holds a BSc in Environmental Conservation and Natural Resource Management from the University of Nairobi, where she is also pursuing an MSc in Rangeland Management. She brings strong expertise in conservation, governance, and rights-based approaches, working to advance Indigenous leadership and community-driven solutions for people and nature.
