Savina is the Executive Director of the International Coalition for Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI) and is a dedicated advocate for the critical role of civil engineers in addressing society's most pressing challenges. She has two decades of experience advising government, infrastructure owners and operators, multi-lateral development banks and NGOs to develop and implement inclusive, sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Prior to ICSI, Savina held key roles as an infrastructure advisor at Arup and Head of Guidance and Standards at the Resilience Shift. She currently contributes her expertise to several international advisory and technical committees focused on advancing sustainable and resilient infrastructure practices globally.
