Kerry Cesareo is Senior Vice President for Forests and Freshwater at WWF, leading global efforts to conserve vital ecosystems for nature, climate, and people. Her work spans forest conservation, restoration, and sustainable water management, with a focus on nature-based solutions and partnerships with Indigenous peoples and local communities. She previously led WWF’s forest markets work, launched the North American Global Forest & Trade Network, and cochaired the board of FSC-US. Kerry began her forest career with First Nations in British Columbia and holds degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
