Julie Reneau is Head of Coffee Sustainability at Nespresso Headquarters in Switzerland and is responsible for developing and executing the green coffee sustainability strategy, ensuring that Nespresso meets its public commitments. Julie oversees the implementation of the coffee sourcing program, known as the Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality Program, which operates in 18 countries, 60 regions and is supported by a network of more than 600 agronomists on the ground.

Julie, her team, and around 50 partners work towards transitioning coffee farming to regenerative models, bridging the income gap for smallholders, and implementing human rights due diligence throughout the supply chain.
