Jeferson Straatmann holds a PhD in Collaborative Sociobiodiversity Networks from the University of São Paulo (EESC-USP). He currently works as a Sociobiodiversity Economy Facilitator at the Socio-Environmental Institute (ISA), where he coordinates the sociobiodiversity strategy, advancing territorial initiatives into market dynamics, social engagement, and policy frameworks, supporting the development of network-based and territorial solutions in key Brazilian biomes, including the Rio Negro (AM and RR), Xingu (PA and MT), and Vale do Ribeira (SP) regions.
